Introduce subset of elements from RDFBones extensions #149

This introduces a new subset file to contain elements from RDFBones extensions that are taken over into the core ontology.

Elements are chosen for incorporation if they provide general solutions that are helpful beyond the specific scope of the extension. As part of the core ontology, these can be reused by other extensions without the need to define the source extension as a dependency.

Currently, the subset file contains the class phaleron-patho:ResearchContributionProcess.
