Initial components for Prez UI v4 #140

Added the core components & types for Prez UI v4 (next):

PrezUILiteral
PrezUINode
PrezUIBlankNode
PrezUIItemList
PrezUIObjectTable
etc. (component names are up for debate)

Some basic pages have been added for the prez-ui Nuxt application.

Deployment of Storybook to S3 has also been added as a workflow.

This PR is meant to be a starting point for Prez UI v4 development, code can easily be changed so there's no need for nitpicking at this stage in development as it is not the final product yet. Most of these points we have already discussed in multiple meetings. We need to push this PR out so we can move forward in development. Happy to implement some of the changes above as discussed after this PR
