Adding BS4 Scraping

This PR has BS4 scraping of basic stock info as well as scraping of historical data.

The limits of this scraping in this push is 99 days of data, anything longer than that will fail to collect past the 99th day.

Also includes:

• basic html files for portfolio and about pages
• new db table for leadership
• updated gitignore
