Use TeleIRC SVG instead of PNG. Fix TeleIRC naming. #239

@thenaterhood @ct-martin with the current site now, when you click on the TeleIRC project, the logo isn't there anymore. I added in the logo in the body of the project as well. Does the placement look okay?
