1 - Make Restaurants page change #71

Currently the restaurants page is an S3 feed from the content bucket.

This is looking into making the page issue a "Places to Eat Near Me" search with Google and display the top 10 spots on the page.

Worst case : create a link to the Google search that takes the user out of the app.
