Update: Stream correct branch for PR

Hey ROBOTIS,

the branch in #47 is not our main branch. This update includes several fixes and enhancements. We are adding documentation in the README and here in this PR for you.

Changes:

This PR includes a Dockerfile and scripts to launch it for the easiest user-setup. It's alot less complex to simply run the script to set up the Docker container than to install on a Server. We are considering using a VNC base version of kinetic-full-desktop to simply it even further for the user. There are also numerous other changes:

• Refactor of the four stages into one flexible launch file that takes the stages as param
• add Hinsight Experience Replay (HER) which can be turned on and off via param
• added logging
