[Regression] Disgaea 4 v1.02 Freeze after Pre-Compilation (#14570) #15885

Quick summary

Hard freeze to black screen after compilation is done

Details

A discord user pointed out that Disgaea 4 stopped working if you update to version 1.02 on recent build while 1.0 works fine

asked them to do a regression testing and found out that it was a regression any build before the regression boots 1.02 fine without crashes
