Many things:
Moved the why join section in recruitment to the about section. Fixed the dropdowns so that if you happen to click on the actual dropdown button instead of one of the dropdowns, it redirects to the top item in the dropdown. Also made it so that if you pres on recruitment, it redirects to fall or spring depending on the season/month.
