Argument check is redundant and produces wrong message #4

The argument check in https://github.com/RRZE-HPC/stempel/blob/b31623d986498e755700fb8bfb6b9570fecb7ea1/stempel/stempel.py#L99-L100 is redundant to argparsers check for choices and the message does not match what is checked for.
