Expand and add expository document #77

I have completed an initial evaluation of existing and planned tools for the DMC in #74 I consider this a rough draft to start to work from and it needs greater detail and explanation.

I want to re-draft the diagram to capture greater detail in parts of the process not well elucidated in the current diagram, add finer detail to which parts of different existing or planned tools will be used for what specific parts in the pipeline.

I also need an expository document to explain the meaning of the connections shown in the diagram and go into greater detail in how the tools shown will address those parts of the pipeline.

Read the summary document from the standards group about the Ontologies and standards we should be targeting.
