HedgeSet added to README.md and HedgeEdit deleted from it because there's no code for it in this branch.

and idk what to do with HedgeOffsets because there's no code for it, but there's a compiled version in releases.

Sorry for the late response. Thanks for the PR! I genuinely forgot to add HedgeSet to the tools list. HedgeEdit and HedgeOffsets are both going through a rewrite and are planned to be committed soon. But, in the meantime, you're right, they probably shouldn't be in the README.
