"Fog of War" mission always starts in Day, even if Night is selected

Describe the bug

When I load into the Fog of War mission, it always loads in as Day, even if Night was selected.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to mission "Fog of War"
2. Select the NIGHT option for time
3. Press START
4. It's now day

Expected Behavior

The mission would load in as NIGHT, instead of DAY.

• Game Version: 20231208.1 (I think, or the latest non-testing build.)

Additional context

I have not tested this on OPFOR. I've tried restarting the game and verifying game files.

Was able to finally reproduce this issue, but the fix will take a second.
