Add Memory Leak Fix & Smooth Boot (Reloaded) #3

I've seen these mods are commonly used for optimization & I'm surprised it hasn't shown up here. It would be appreciated if both of these mods are added to either version.md or not-recommended.md.

MemoryLeakFix is mostly redundant (at least past 1.19.x) according to its' author. I'll probably add it to 1.16.5 - 1.19.2 shortly, though AFAIK there were some compatibility issues but I'm not 100% sure.

As for Smooth Boot, I haven't added it because of this, but if I'll find benchmarks which state otherwise I may add it. Won't be putting it on either list for now.
