[Enhancement] On challenge response only verify e.g. last 4 digits of phone number #447

On a challenge response question the entire attribute has to match.

It would be nice to have a feature that the answer only has to match with e.g. 
the last x characters of an attribute.

E.g.

LDAP Attribute is 'Mobile Phone' with value +44-12-345678

If the question is 'What's your mobile number' the user has to enter the exact 
same string in exact the same format.

In the new situation the question would be 'Enter the last 4 digits of your 
phone number' where a valid response would be '5678'.
