Russia can not ping api.protonvpn.ch #293

Can not ping api.protonvpn.ch And because of this can not init protonvpn, not even speaking about connecting since haven't init it yet. I'm in Russia. This issue is global in Russia, since two different ISP's have been tried, Megafon LTE and Beeline fiber.

I bet this is a DNS block. If you would include IP instead, it would connect to API. Give me the IP so I can ping it. What do I modify so it would connect using an IP?

I'm also in Russia. I use Cloudflare dns, therefore can resolve api.protonvpn.ch, which is 3.127.229.68, but cannot ping that address. My ISP is Rostelecom, they block by IP, not DNS. Can you ping 3.127.229.68?
