[Enhancement] Port Forwarding #350

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Do you plan to support the "new" port forwarding support that Proton added in recently to only the Windows edition?

Describe the solution you'd like Adding in Port Forwarding support to the client as Linux doesn't support it on the official one

However given from his Interview where Andy Yen talks about Native Linux appllications, he mentions that is i way harder to build for Linux then for Windows, resulting in features being implemented in Windows and MacOS significantly Sooner then in Linux, because the Networking Stack in linux is different for each distro.
