As a user of the Homemade Remedies App,
I want to open a new window from the landing page where I can find and play 2 relaxing sound videos,

Acceptance Criteria:
From the landing page of the app, the user should see a clearly labeled button titled "Relaxing Sounds."
Clicking this button should open a new window displaying 2 relaxing sound videos.
The interface should be user-friendly, with intuitive controls for playing the videos.
The videos should load quickly and start with minimal delay.
Tasks
[ ] Generate a new page by creating a new component "RelaxingSounds.js" in the components folder. Embed two relaxing sound videos.
[ ] The videos should be sourced from a public folder within the app's file structure.
[ ] It must be asured that the relaxing sound videos are of high quality and provide a genuinely calming experience.
[ ] The sound within the videos should be managed using the use-sound React Hook for Sound Effects from Josh Comeau.
[ ] Enable the user to play, pause, and adjust the volume of the videos through visible controls. Deliver a brief description or title for each video to help users choose the one that best suits their needs.
