As a user, I want to store data in a reliable database, so that it remains persistent and accessible to those who need it.

Description

• No design

Acceptance Criteria

• The data is successfully rendered from the database without delays or errors.
• If data cannot be retrieved or saved, an error message should inform the user.
• All data is saved persistently in the database and remains available even after a system restart or failure.
• Any action performed by the user—such as adding, deleting, or editing data—should be reflected in the database immediately, and the updated data should be rendered without delay.

Tasks

• [ ] Create a new branch: feature/backend-implementation.
• [ ] Install the mongoose package to enable interaction with MongoDB.
• [ ] Create a .env.local file and configure it with the necessary environment variables, including the MongoDB connection string and the collection for remedies.
• [ ] Implement connect.js to handle the connection to the MongoDB database using Mongoose.
• [ ] Define a schema for remedies collection
• [ ] Implement Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) operations for managing data in the remedies collection.
• [ ] Implement error handling to manage database connection failures, failed CRUD operations, and other issues during database interactions.

As discussed with the team, I would suggest to only create a remedies collection for now. As soon as you implement the edit delete or add functionality for dailyHealtTips or Symptoms you can transform them into collections as well.
