Describe the feature

The other emulators such as GBA.emu, PCE.emu and MD.emu supports the FileProvider API so that it can be executed by the android front-end software such as ES-DE. But it seems that MSX.emu does not support the FileProvider API at all.

I think it would be good to support the FileProvider API like the other emulators in here.
