I use F11 to full screen (I think it's a common convention, just to mention)
I have to map Ctrl+F11 to toogle toolbar visibility (standard eclipse
functionality)
No way to hide de sidebars (maybe fullscreen plugin could extend de toogle
toolbar functionality to hide sidebars too)
Other option would be to create another feature "toogle sidebars visibility"
and bind to Ctrl+Shift+F11, but seems oversized.
