Update new risks.

-Corqui is being discontinued. -ChatGpt reduced API usage limits for free accounts. (Now need to pay to have more than 3 API calls / minute)

-vosk may not accuratly transcribe speech to text. This is a major risk since a Resident may speak a keyword but the system may not recognize it. To midigate this we will use the most accurate vosk model giga speech.
