Some changes to get MBHaxe up and running on Linux. Things aren't perfect yet, particularly the game will crash with a floating point exception any time you load an MBP level (MBG and MBU levels work fine).
This also includes a small gitignore/cleanup commit, and file casing renames for case-sensitive systems (needed for linux).
