Add assets to address index #321

added assets to address index rpc command assetdetails change to getassetdetailsbyname added getassetdetailsbyid and listassets rpc commands

the following rpc commands now have asset filter option getaddressutxos getaddressdeltas getaddressbalance

Note: the changes made on address index require a resync if enabled
