[Feature Request] Release in AppImage format #286

Thanks for the work in OpenPHT, it's truly awesome!

I use it primarily on macOS, and when I wanted to run it on Fedora I noticed there are no RPM packages for it that I can see.

Has releasing AppImage builds been ever considered? It's a pretty neat way to distribute releases which would work across all Linux distributions.

I have created a tool that can convert one of the published OpenPHT .deb packages in to an .AppImage package. No guarantees that it will work, but give this a try:
