No mouse in VirtualBox env #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Boot in VBox

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.1, Ubuntu 9.04, VBox v2.1.4

The issue can be reproduced on VMware server v1.0.9

I believe that is a v0.2 item only.  The patches to enable mouse support are 
for 
android 1.5 only.  Same thing with bluetooth mouse / keyboard.  I might be 
wrong as 
I have only compiled x86 from the 1.5 repo x86 source, and applied the mouse 
patch 
from there.

liveandroid v0.2 works with mouse. But not liveandroid v0.3

Strangely it works when you disable mouse support for the VM
