Allow text nodes in Silk #40

Please describe a summary of the new feature (in a paragraph):
When using Silk for describing wiki data, intermediate text node might be
useful. For example, 

-section(title: Wiki Title)
This line will be read as a text node, which corresponds to the previous node
The second line composes another node, and belongs to the above section
section node.

-subsection(title: Subsection Title)
This line is for subsection node.
