Cash Desks littered around various vendors/DMV

I've seen cash desks littered around the buildings near merchant NPC's such as the General Stores and DMV's (Seen around Sofia, Athira, and Pyrgos, have not checked other locations)

Theres always two cash desks near each NPC, I think that two desks are spawning in the same spot causing them to explode and fly outwards

These are also loose physical objects that can be collided with and are very dangerous to vehicles. Bumping one at a slow speed caused my tempest to fly into the air damaging the hull and wheels.
