Translation into Romanian! #65

It took time for the item list and strings but it's finally done! I'm excited for the translation to be there! And also for the item list. So far, I'm enjoying the app ❤

Could I try adding more to the item list with a site like: https://glovoapp.com/ro/en/bucharest/ but that's for the future at the moment

I added the backend support on the dev branch (https://github.com/RayLeaf-Studios/PocketPlan/commit/476d059b01c6b23ed8f68e2425b51f7c5f474635), so you can try it out building from dev, or wait for the next release :)
