Integrate Kinect movement detection in Kino

Change messages to be a structure : speed for right wheels speed for left wheels

with those two infos we can do any movement

Do some improvements to https://github.com/ArnaudValensi/waterbear-bridge/raw/master/bin/waterbear-bridge.apk
