feat(YouTube): Disable/hide subscription notifications for YT Shorts

Feature description

So afaik there's no way to do this in youtube settings, but there are a few channels I'm subbed to that upload a lot of short content along with videos, and I get so many notifications for those that I'll never watch, and I only want the video upload notifications.

So a feature to disable short notifications from subbed channels so that only the video uploads go through would be a great way to filter out all the junk I have no interest in that also clutter my phones notifications.

Since YT doesn't let you turn this off, I wanted to make a feature request as I'd love to see this implemented in revanced.

Motivation

Why should this feature be implemented? Allows you to manage your notifications exactly how you want them.

What is the explicit use case? Disabling short notifications from subbed channels.

What are the benefits? Less clutter on your phones notifications, useful for channels you still want to be subbed to with notifs on, but don't want to be notified about the hundreds of shorts they upload.

What makes this feature important? Just being able to have control over the notifications when (afaik) I can't do so already.
