upgrade all dependencies other than tanstack query (it breaks stuff) to the latest version
svelte 4: switch to eslint-plugin-svelte, replace eslint config
sveltekit 2: add v-p-s as dependency, move aliases to svelte config
imagetools 6: add as=picture and simplify Picture.svelte
remove @types/marked (unused)

it pnpm run dev and pnpm run builds just fine (aside from a few warnings introduced in svelte 4)
