GUI out of date? #265

Not sure if the GUI can read/write all the options, such as liquid phase settings. We should at least check all the provided example files. If not, we should either fix or document the deficiency .....before the imminent 3.4 release!

Who would like to tackle this issue before the release next week?

Maybe we can instead have a form on the website to create condition files like the GUI does (I think that is the only thing it does- I don't recall visualization of adjacency lists.) We already have a form for creating Py condition files, we can either do something that converts between the two condition files, or add additional fields for creating Java condition files. Were there other features in the GUI besides condition file creation?
