uploading rootfs.img freezes

Hi, I found information that your S5 is broken and you don't maintain this anymore, but issue may be generic, so pls. help :) I've found that uploading rootfs.img with halium freezes at 42% I've also found that it's uploaded by adb push. It's not about file size, because I've uploaded gzipped file and it freezes on unzip. I've also tried to upload chunks and it also stops at some point. It seems that device is out of memory. there are two possibilities:

I didn't clear everything before installation. I use TWRP + lineageos (18.1 probably) and it allows me clearing /system, /data/ and cache... you've mentioned Dalvik / ART Cache and Internal Storage. How should I clean it?
I use wrong pit file. I've found and used one for lineageos installation and it seemed to work well for that purpose. it's called "SM-G900F_16GB.pit" and seems to be taken from https://technastic.com/samsung-pit-file-download/

You need to clear storage. Do this by wiping everything listed in instructions, with the wipe option on the home screen on TWRP. I am TheHexagon, btw

It wasn't TWRP i used for wiping, and it didn't have all wiping options. Sorry for bothering you. It works fine now. Thank you.
