Summary

Reaching C tier in boosting cant open car doors for the cars so its just in limbo until the contract expires and currently no way to obtain hacking device (to my knowledge) any way to make it purchasable through s coin shop if not in city already.

Steps to Reproduce

start c boost,

Expected Behavior

open the door and be able to see if you need device or use lockpics to open the door

Actual Results

cant access car
