Context

Complete an implementation of trestle-bot in Jenkins through the creation of reusable Jenkins logic. There are multiple options here and the approach should explored in the comments on this issue.

Completion Criteria

[ ] Create the reusable jobs via Jenkins Job builder
[ ] Create documentation for usage of the jobs
