Repo Autodiscovery - Cancel a running autodiscovery #626

The ability to cancel the repo discovery is already in place here: https://github.com/RedHatQE/katello.auto/blob/master/src/katello/providers.clj#L131

However, in order to confirm that the discovery task has actually stopped, I think this API bug needs to be resolved: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=952381

Let me take this up as with the new products-page, we need to re-visit this test case any way.
