Log statement says "Did not update mapping file" but mapping file did get a new entry #28

The logic for when mapping was updated needs to be checked

The logic for this is not very good, and only checks if there were any entries in the this.tcMap. A better logic would be to check in processID and see when addToMap() is being called.
