Will you allow this software to be translated in other languages too, for example Spanish and French? You could split the language file from the main bulk of the software, so that changing between languages would be easy. Free Manga Downloader (a way worse software than Manga Downloader, in my opinion) does it in a similar way (https://github.com/riderkick/FMD, bottom of the page).

Why not, I could add the ability to load languages strings from external files
