Vulnerable Infrastructure: Flood Layer #113

I wanted to confirm you were using the simplified floodplain Cartodb table: https://rpa.cartodb.com/tables/coastal2050_100yrflood_rpa_simplify for the Vulnerable Infrastructure.

The load times are still slow for the that interactive. If you are already using the simplified layer, we will try to simplify the vectors even further.
