What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.attempt to use Port Map

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to see green light.  instead, "Router incompatible"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Intel
or PPC? OS 10.5.8, MacBook Pro Intel

What model and manufacturer is your Router?
Netopia Model 3347-02 AnnexA High-Power Wireless DSL Ethernet Managed Switch

Please make sure UPNP is enabled in your router's settings.
