Adjust calculations to the frequency of data

Description

Solution now supports multiple frequency for the data that is stored, so the calculation must take in concideration the frequency of the data to generate the corresponding results.

Expected Behavior

Current endpoints must continue working, but taking in consideration the frequency of the data, not to assume 15 minutes frequency.
