Training grant(s) for development of reproducible informatics skills among researchers #6

I thought it might be worth sharing with the group a proposal I just submitted to NIH, titled "Development of reproducible informatics skills among microbiome researchers". It is a response to a RFA, titled "Training Modules to Enhance Data Reproducibility (R25; RFA-GM-15-006)"

I'm sure that the discussions we have in December will be more broad than microbiome research and I suspect you will all cause me to second guess what I put in the proposal. The markdown documents are here: https://github.com/riffomonas/RR_R25_2014

@pschloss was the proposal actually funded? If yes, can you include here links to products and/or plans (to the extent that there are)?
