The video guide linked for Tip the Staff (Sirena 100 Coin) shows the 999 coin run (the record, naturally), which is done through the King Boo boss fight, however, the 100 coin shine doesn't spawn in the boss fight (hell, this can be seen in the video itself). Sirena 3 is a better candidate for the 100 coin shine.
