Due to writing to the SD Card while music is streaming?

The easiest way to reproduce this is with Sonic CD's Time Attack mode. Start and finish any act of any level (usually the first act of the first level will suffice), and upon going back to the Time Attack menu the music will momentarily stutter.

This is happening on Lunar the Silver Star, except the noise will sometimes not go away and the save doesn't actually happen. This causes the game to freeze immediately or shortly after. The in game menu doesn't work when this happens either. I've only tried on the Mega SG, not real hardware.

I’ve got the same issue as JoshClose, running 1.05 on my Mega SD and running Jailbreak 7.8 on the Mega Sg.
