need help updating world/server to beta 1.8.1 #96

inventories / players position arent saved when i updated to 1.8.1 (and using craftbukkit)

i found a solution go to uuid cache file then rename every uuid file in the world folder to the username (remember to also do the nether world) does that make sense?
