Error when starting application #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Crashed as soon as I start the application
2.Microsoft .NET Framework error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of SIU are you using? (Ex: 4.0.0)

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

It's a known problem and I was working on it. However, I have chosen to 
discontinue the project in favor of helping ItzWarty with The Dargon Project.
