Anypoint Platform Architecture Document: Section 7.4 - Add subsection for examples files guideline

We need to add a section to specify the desired way of storing the sample / example files with the payloads used in the MUnit tests. Having a folder structure or a naming convention (or both) will help to avoid having just a lot of json/xml files sitting at the same level without an easy way to find them.
