Implement "orbital visibility" modifier that allows additional benefits to using X total satellites in orbit

Currently, each satellite in orbit currently reduces the "hidden" time-frame by a couple of % - perhaps there is a better way of discovering mineral rich asteroids

What if we append/replace current system with the following effects:

• Each satellite you put up into orbit (until you reach, say, X total) until you have "100% orbital visibility", which would of course just speed up the rate at which you might find mineral rich asteroids
• Additionally, implement different types & sizes of mineral rich asteroids (small, medium, large, HUGE, etc) that depends on your orbital visibility range
