Clips basically are offsetted by pos when clips are converted from a clip into their drawing representative.
Still unsure of this, since it occurs to 1 user (Asakura) so far. I do feel this is a UA thing again.
Update: Happens on 9212 and 9211 so far. I'm mentally marking this as a UA thing for now.
