IRBase website down #12

Hello, I'm using your great software IRFinder for my analysis. I'd like to visualize my result in IRBase, but it seems IRBase is down for a while. It says "Will be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience but we’re performing some maintenance at the moment. ......."

Is there any alternative to visualize the result of IRFInder?

Hello, there were some changes in the IT department of my previous institute that is hosting IRBase. It seems something is moving now and they finally renewed the https certificates. I hope they will soon fix the tunnel to the backend as well. Sorry for the issue. You can visualize the results as a simple bed track on IGV in the meanwhile. Best regards Claudio
